About Caleb Hollis Appraisals

Caleb Hollis is a Certified Residential Appraiser with over 20 years of experience providing accurate, reliable, and trusted valuations throughout Northeast Florida.

As the founder of Caleb Hollis Appraisals Inc., he brings not only professional expertise but also a deep appreciation for the industry continuing a family tradition of appraisers that spans four generations, from his grandfather and father to now his own son.

Caleb's commitment to excellence has made him a valued resource for homeowners, lenders, and businesses across the region. His long-standing reputation is built on precision, integrity, and a genuine dedication to helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Parker Hollis, Caleb's son, is a Registered Trainee Appraiser (License No. RI25833) working under Caleb's direct supervision. As a fourth-generation appraiser, Parker is building on the family legacy while completing his path to full state certification, which is expected later this year. All of Parker's appraisal work is performed under the supervision of Caleb Hollis (RD4122), in full compliance with USPAP and Florida DBPR requirements.

Outside of his professional life, Caleb is just as grounded in his community. He has known his wife Kelly since the 8th grade, and together they are raising four children all of whom play an active role in the family business. From field inspections to report writing, the Hollis family works together to deliver accurate, timely appraisals to every client. In his free time, Caleb enjoys pickleball, surfing, and making the most of Florida's outdoor lifestyle.

Our team handles hundreds of appraisals each year across six Northeast Florida counties, serving national mortgage companies, regional lenders, appraisal management companies, attorneys, and individual homeowners.

We accept orders through all major platforms including Appraisal Port, Mercury Network, and ValueLink, as well as direct email orders.
