We provide detailed, USPAP-compliant reports that meet all GSE (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) requirements.

A drive-by appraisal that evaluates the property from the exterior and public data sources. No interior inspection is performed. Commonly used when lenders need a cost-effective valuation with a faster turnaround.
